Oni Iv - Kijin No Ketsuzoku (japan) Game

Oni IV - Kijin No Ketsuzoku is one of those weird, obscure Game Boy titles that somehow slipped under the radar. It's a turn-based strategy RPG where you lead a squad of demon warriors—think Fire Emblem, but with more horns and questionable fashion choices.
First few minutes? You're thrown into a tiny pixelated battlefield, shuffling your oni around grid squares, trying not to get wrecked by enemy archers. The sprites are chunky, the menus are in Japanese (obviously), and the music has that classic Game Boy "beeps-and-boops-but-weirdly-hypnotic" vibe. Not gonna lie, the learning curve's a bit steep if you don't speak the language, but there's something oddly satisfying about watching your little demon army slowly overpower everything.
If you're into retro strategy games and don't mind some trial-and-error, this one's a neat little time capsule.
