About Nuts & Milk (japan)
Nuts & Milk came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1984, a release from Hudson Soft. It was one of the early third party titles for the platform, arriving when many games were simple arcade style challenges.
You control Milk, a round character trying to reach his girlfriend, who is held at the top of the screen. Your goal is to climb ladders and platforms while avoiding the enemy, Nuts. You can place fruit on the screen to block Nuts's path or trap him temporarily. The game progresses screen by screen, with each stage a single static layout. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty increases noticeably as you advance. Playing it feels like a constant, careful dance between building your route and avoiding your persistent foe.
