About Nintama Eawase
Nintama Eawase came out for the Game Boy in 1990, published by Bandai. It was part of that early wave of portable games where developers were still figuring out what worked on the small screen. This one is based on a Japanese folk tale, which was a common source for games at the time.
You control a young boy on a quest to rescue a princess. The game plays out across single screen areas that you explore one after another.
