Nemesis on the Game Boy is basically a pocket-sized Gradius—same vibe, same power-up system, but with a few twists. The first level feels familiar if you’ve played Gradius, but then it throws in some new enemy patterns and a couple of fresh stages.

Weirdly, this version never made it to Europe despite the title—only North America and Japan got it. The controls are tight for a Game Boy shooter, though the screen crunch can make some bullet hell moments feel extra brutal.
