Nekketsu! Street Basket is basically what happens if you take a normal basketball game, throw in some street brawling, and then crank the chaos up to 11. You pick two players from the Kunio-kun crew (Riki’s my go-to, but Kunio’s got that classic dunk power) and go up against teams from different countries—except everyone plays more like they’re in a fight club than a sports league.

Three hoops, elbows flying everywhere, and the AI absolutely will cheap-shot you if you let them. The controls take a second to get used to—hold B to charge your shot, but good luck doing that when someone’s punching you in the face mid-dribble. It’s ridiculous, over-the-top, and somehow still weirdly strategic once you figure out the timing. Just don’t expect NBA Jam.

Also, the announcer yells "Nekketsu!" like every five seconds, so… yeah. You’ve been warned.
