Mouser is one of those weird little NES games that somehow sticks with you. You play as this little mouse trying to defuse bombs by... chewing through wires? Yeah, it's as bizarre as it sounds. The first level throws you right into it—you're scurrying around a maze of platforms while these bomb timers tick down, and you've gotta figure out which wires to gnaw before everything blows up.
The controls are simple, but the timing gets tricky fast. One wrong bite and boom, you're toast. The graphics are classic NES—bright colors, chunky sprites—and the music has that bouncy, slightly frantic vibe that makes you panic just a little. It's not the deepest game, but there's something weirdly satisfying about frantically nibbling wires while the clock runs down.
Definitely one of those "wait, why do I like this?" kind of games.
