Mottomo Abunai Deka (japan) Game

Mottomo Abunai Deka is one of those weird, late-era NES games that never left Japan—which is a shame because it’s actually kind of a blast. You play as a cop who’s basically a walking disaster magnet, dodging falling anvils, runaway cars, and whatever else the game throws at you while trying to arrest criminals. The controls are a little stiff (it is an NES game), but once you get the hang of jumping over hazards and tackling bad guys, it’s weirdly satisfying.
What really stands out is how over-the-top the hazards are—like, one second you’re chasing a thief, the next you’re sidestepping a piano dropping from the sky. It’s got that classic Japanese arcade energy where everything feels just a little bit ridiculous. If you’re into obscure retro games with personality, this one’s worth a look.
