Ever played one of those board game-style RPGs where you roll dice and buy up properties? This is the Japanese Game Boy version of that, but with a ramen twist. You hop between train stations, slurping down regional noodle bowls while trying to out-earn your rivals. The pixel art’s got that classic charm—tiny trains, little bowls of steaming ramen, and these weirdly satisfying chunky sound effects when you land on a spot.

At first, I thought it was just Monopoly with extra steps, but there’s something oddly addictive about racing to collect the most tonkotsu or miso ramen before the timer runs out. The menus are all in Japanese, though, so expect some guesswork unless you’re fluent. Still, it’s the kind of game where you’ll accidentally play three rounds because “just one more turn” turns into an hour.

Definitely a niche pick, but if you’re into retro Japanese games or just really love ramen, it’s a weird little time capsule.
