Moguranya is one of those weird little Game Boy gems that somehow makes digging through mazes way more intense than it should be. You play as this little mole thing (I think?) burrowing through dirt tunnels, dodging spikes and rocks that fall out of nowhere. The first few levels trick you into thinking it's cute—then suddenly you're sweating over pixel-perfect jumps between collapsing platforms.

The chiptune soundtrack slaps, all bleepy and frantic when you're about to get crushed. And the level design? Sneaky good. You'll hit a wall thinking there's no way forward, then notice one loose block you can tunnel through. Just don't get too cocky—those "gotcha" traps love punishing impatient players.

It's got that classic Game Boy charm where the simplicity hides how brutal it gets. Perfect for quick plays or rage-quitting when you mess up the same jump five times. Still one of my favorites to dust off when I want something punishing but fair.
