Mission Impossible on N64 is basically you pretending to be Ethan Hunt, but with way more awkward controls. You sneak around, pick locks, and occasionally punch guards in the face—though half the time you’ll get spotted because the stealth mechanics are janky as hell. The disguises are fun when they actually work, and some missions have cool little puzzles where you plant bugs or hack computers.
Graphics were decent for the time, but don’t expect anything mind-blowing. The soundtrack’s got that classic spy movie tension, though, and some levels actually make you feel like you’re pulling off a heist. Just be ready to save often—one wrong move and you’re restarting the whole mission.
It’s definitely not the smoothest N64 game out there, but if you’re into clunky late-90s stealth action, it’s weirdly satisfying when you finally nail a mission.
