Mickey's Chase (japan) Game

Mickey's Chase is one of those weird little Game Boy gems from '92 that never made it outside Japan. You play as Mickey or Minnie—your choice—running through these simple but oddly satisfying 2D stages grabbing blocks. No fancy power-ups or complicated mechanics, just straight-up block collecting with that classic chunky Game Boy aesthetic.
At first glance it seems basic, but there's something oddly addictive about the way Mickey waddles around scooping up those blocks. The controls are simple (d-pad and two buttons), but some later levels actually get pretty sneaky with their layouts. I remember getting stuck on one stage where the blocks kept disappearing if I didn't grab them fast enough.
Definitely more of a chill, pick-up-and-play kind of game than something you'd marathon. It's got that early Game Boy charm where everything feels slightly janky but in an endearing way.
