Mickey No Racing Challenge USA is one of those weird, Japan-only N64 racers that somehow got Disney characters involved. You pick Mickey, Donald, or a couple other Disney faces and race them around these bright, cartoony tracks that feel like they were pulled straight out of a theme park. The handling’s a little slippery—took me a lap or two to stop slamming into walls—but once you get the hang of it, there’s something oddly satisfying about drifting around corners as Goofy.
The tracks have these little hidden shortcuts and goofy power-ups (of course Mickey throws magic paintbrushes instead of shells). It’s not Mario Kart, but if you’re into obscure N64 stuff or just want to see Disney characters in a racing game that never made it to the US, it’s a fun little time capsule. Just don’t expect anything super deep.
