Mickey Mouse Ii Game

Mickey Mouse II on Game Boy is one of those classic platformers that feels like digging up a time capsule. You start off bouncing between clouds and dodging weirdly aggressive garden tools—because of course Mickey’s adventure involves haunted rakes and sentient paint buckets. The controls are simple (run, jump, maybe throw something if you’re lucky), but some of those jumps require annoyingly precise timing.
The sprites are tiny but full of that old-school Disney charm, and the music sticks in your head way longer than it should. It’s not the hardest game out there, but there’s something satisfying about the way Mickey flips when he jumps. Just don’t expect any deep lore—this is pure 90s platforming with a mouse in red pants.
If you’ve got nostalgia for early Game Boy or just want to see Mickey take on a parade of random household objects, it’s a solid way to kill an afternoon.
