Lunar Lander (japan) Game

Lunar Lander on Game Boy is this weird little physics-based challenge where you're trying to gently drop a clunky spaceship onto landing pads without exploding. The controls feel heavier than you'd expect—tapping the thrusters just right takes some practice, and I definitely faceplanted into the moon surface more times than I'd like to admit at first.
It's got that classic early Game Boy vibe with chunky pixels and simple beep-boops for sound, but the gravity mechanics actually hold up. Some of the later stages get brutal with tight landing zones and weird angles. If you're into retro games that punish impatience, this one's a neat time capsule.
Also, yes, you can absolutely pretend you're playing the 1979 arcade original while waiting for the bus.
