Duck Dodgers on N64 is basically Daffy Duck’s chaotic space odyssey—complete with Marvin the Martian being his usual scheming self. You jump, shoot, and bumble through colorful planets that look ripped straight from the cartoons, with just enough weird platforming to keep you on your toes (expect a lot of bouncing off springs and dodging laser beams).
The humor’s pure Looney Tunes—Daffy’s one-liners are ridiculous, and the animations nail that old-school slapstick vibe. It’s not the hardest game out there, but some of those later levels? Yeah, Marvin doesn’t play fair. If you grew up watching these guys or just want something silly to blast through, it’s a solid pick.
Also, pro tip: the jetpack controls take a second to get used to. Don’t panic when you faceplant into a wall the first time—happens to everyone.
