Oh man, The Lion King on Game Boy—this one takes me back. It's basically the same side-scrolling platformer as the console versions, just shrunk down for your pocket. You play as Simba, jumping over logs, dodging hyenas, and eventually growing up to take on Scar. The sprite work is surprisingly decent for a Game Boy port, though some of those vine-swinging sections are way harder than they should be.
First level throws you right into the "I Just Can't Wait to Be King" chaos—rolling down hills, hopping on ostriches, the whole vibe. Later you get the adult Simba levels with more combat, but honestly the cub sections have more charm. Just don't expect the Genesis version's colors, obviously. It's black and green nostalgia with a side of controller-throwing frustration.
