The pixel art has that rough-but-charming early '90s look, and the combat? Surprisingly deep for a handheld title.

At first, I thought it was just another beat-'em-up, but the way you recruit allies and manage your crew adds this whole layer of strategy. Some characters hit harder, others block better—figuring out who to bring into a fight feels like solving a puzzle. And yeah, the dialogue’s all in Japanese, but the action speaks for itself.
