Kyorochan Land Game

Kyorochan Land on Game Boy is one of those weird little platformers that somehow sticks with you. At first glance, it’s just another cutesy mascot game—until you realize how much personality it’s got. The main character, this round little bird thing, waddles around collecting fruit while dodging enemies that look like they escaped from a 90s sticker album.
The levels are short but surprisingly tricky—some jumps feel just a pixel too tight, and those moving platforms? Yeah, they’ll mess with you. But there’s something satisfying about nailing a tricky section after a few tries. And the music? Pure chiptune cheer, the kind that gets stuck in your head even when you’re not playing.
It’s not some hidden masterpiece, but if you’re into retro platformers with charm to spare, this one’s worth a look. Just don’t blame me when you start humming the theme song hours later.
