Kung Fu (or Spartan X if you're playing the Japanese version) is one of those old-school NES brawlers that feels way harder than it should be. You play as Thomas—basically a pixelated Jackie Chan—punching and kicking your way through waves of goons to rescue Sylvia. The controls are simple, but those knife-throwing guys in level 3? Absolute nightmares.
It’s got that classic arcade vibe where enemies just keep spawning until you move forward, and the dragon boss at the end still makes me panic a little. Funny how this tiny cartridge basically invented the side-scrolling beat ‘em up genre. Just don’t expect combos or fancy moves—this is pure 1980s button-mashing chaos.
