Krusty's Fun House is one of those weirdly charming NES games based on The Simpsons—except instead of playing as Bart or Homer, you're stuck cleaning up Krusty's rat problem. The whole place is crawling with these purple rodents, and your job is to herd them into traps using whatever you can find. Custard pies? Yep, they’re your main weapon. Not exactly lethal, but they get the job done.
It starts simple enough, but then the game throws snakes, aliens, and—for some reason—flying pigs at you. The controls take a second to get used to, especially when you're trying to time your pie throws just right. And good luck figuring out some of the later puzzles—some of those rat mazes feel like they were designed by a sleep-deprived clown (which, honestly, tracks).
It’s not the most polished Simpsons game out there, but there’s something oddly satisfying about trapping those little pests. Just don’t expect it to go easy on you.
