Koukiatsu Boy is one of those weird little Game Boy gems that never left Japan—which is a shame because it's oddly charming. You play as this kid who sucks up ghosts with a vacuum cleaner (yes, really), and the whole thing feels like a mix between a puzzle game and a ghostbusting adventure.
The first few minutes are pure chaos—you're running around these tiny rooms, frantically vacuuming up spirits before they overwhelm you. Some ghosts move in patterns, others just zoom straight at you, and figuring out how to corner them without getting trapped is half the fun. The music's got that classic Game Boy chiptune vibe, too—simple but catchy.
It's not super deep, but there's something satisfying about clearing a room just in time. Definitely one of those games that makes you go, "Wait, why didn't this get localized?"
