Korodice Game

Korodice is one of those Game Boy puzzlers that feels like it was designed to ruin your sleep schedule. You start off thinking, "Oh, this is simple," rolling dice around a grid—until suddenly you're three hours deep, muttering at the screen because that last move should have worked. The pixel art’s got that chunky, satisfying 90s look, and the music loops just right—not too grating, not too forgettable.
What I love is how it doesn’t hold your hand. No tutorials, no hints—just you and the puzzle, figuring it out the hard way. Later levels introduce weird little twists, like dice that explode if you roll them wrong or enemies that shove your pieces around. It’s the kind of game you’ll flip open during a commute and then miss your stop because you had to beat one more stage. If you’ve still got a Game Boy kicking around (or an emulator), this one’s a time capsule worth cracking open.
