Knight Quest Game

Knight Quest is one of those Game Boy games that just feels right—like it was made for late-night sessions under the covers with a dim flashlight. You start off with a rusty sword and a vague quest about saving the kingdom, but within minutes, you're knee-deep in pixelated forests, dodging goblins and poking at suspicious-looking bushes for hidden coins.
The combat’s simple but satisfying—just enough weight to your swings that landing a hit on a skeleton feels good. And the music? Classic chiptune stuff that somehow still gets stuck in my head. I remember getting stuck in some dungeon for way too long before realizing I needed to push a block onto a switch (of course).
It’s not the deepest RPG out there, but it’s got that old-school charm where every screen feels like a tiny adventure. If you’ve got a soft spot for Game Boy era quests, this one’s a solid time capsule.
