Kinnikuman DM is one of those weird, wonderful Game Boy wrestling games where you pick from a roster of bizarre, muscle-bound freaks—each with their own ridiculous special moves. The first time I played, I went straight for the guy with the tiger mask because, well, obvious choice. Turns out his spinning lariat is way harder to land than it looks.

It’s got that classic chunky pixel art style, and the controls are simple but surprisingly deep once you figure out the timing for counters and grapples. Matches get chaotic fast, especially when the AI starts spamming piledrivers. Not gonna lie, I lost my first three fights before realizing blocking was even an option.

If you’re into retro wrestling games or just love the sheer absurdity of Kinnikuman’s world, this one’s a blast. Just don’t expect a technical masterpiece—it’s more about over-the-top action and yelling at your Game Boy when the CPU cheats.
