You control a young circus performer, Kid Klown, who has to rescue his friend Kathy from the Night Mayor. You can inflate a balloon to float over gaps or reach higher platforms, though it pops if you touch a hazard. You also collect candy scattered everywhere; it acts as both your health and your currency for continues.
