Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues on Game Boy is one of those sequels that doesn’t mess around—you’re back in the jungle almost immediately, dodging raptors and praying the T-Rex doesn’t show up at the worst possible moment (spoiler: it always does). The pixelated dinos somehow still feel terrifying when they come charging at you from the side-scrolling darkness.

It’s tougher than the first game, too. You’ve got limited ammo, and some of those abandoned facility levels? Pure panic mode. The music nails that classic Jurassic Park tension, even in chiptune. If you grew up with this, you already know the mix of frustration and nostalgia when you hear that dino roar.

Fair warning: the controls take some getting used to, especially jumping while shooting. But once it clicks, there’s something weirdly satisfying about outsmarting a pack of compys with nothing but a stun gun and bad decisions.
