You pick your player (Connors is obviously the best, but there are a few others), choose a court surface, and then it's straight into quick, no-frills matches.

The controls are basic—just a button for regular shots and another for lobs—but timing matters way more than you'd think. Miss your swing by a split second, and the ball goes flying out of bounds. The AI isn’t brutal, but it’s not a pushover either, especially on grass courts where the ball moves faster.
