Jeopardy! : Platinum Edition Game

Jeopardy! : Platinum Edition on Game Boy is basically the TV show crammed into a tiny cartridge—and somehow, it works. You get that same "wait, what’s the question for 'ancient Egyptian writing' again?" panic when the timer’s ticking down. The AI opponents aren’t pushovers either—they’ll steal categories right from under you if you hesitate.
Categories range from weirdly specific ("19th Century Poets") to the classics like "Potent Potables," and the questions actually feel like the show’s writing, not some generic trivia dump. The controls take a second to get used to—typing answers with a D-pad is as awkward as you’d expect—but once you’re in, it’s weirdly addictive. I lost an hour trying to beat my own high score on a road trip once.
If you’ve ever yelled answers at the TV, this is your chance to prove you could’ve won. Just remember: no Alex Trebek voice, so you’ll have to imagine the disappointment when you flub "Renaissance Art."
