Jeopardy Jr. on NES is basically the kid-friendly version of the classic quiz show, but with questions that won’t make you feel completely out of your depth. You still get the three rounds—Jeopardy, Double Jeopardy, and Final Jeopardy—just like the real thing, except the categories are way more manageable (think "Animals" instead of "19th Century French Literature").
The controls are simple—d-pad to move your cursor, A to select—but good luck typing in answers with that clunky NES keyboard. You’ll miss a few just from fat-fingering the letters. Still, it’s weirdly satisfying when you nail a Daily Double or barely scrape together enough cash in Final Jeopardy to win. Not a bad way to kill an afternoon if you’re into trivia.
