Infiltrator came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1986, developed by HAL Laboratory. It was part of that wave of NES games that tried to blend different genres, offering a mix of flight simulation and ground based action. You pilot a helicopter to an enemy base, then land and continue on foot as a soldier. Your main goal is to locate and destroy the central computer inside the complex. The game is split between navigating the overworld from a top down perspective and exploring the base screen by screen in a first person view. You collect keycards to open doors and avoid or shoot guards. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty is quite high, demanding careful movement and resource management.
