Heiwa Pachinko World 64 is basically a digital pachinko parlor crammed into an N64 cartridge. If you've never played pachinko before, imagine a vertical pinball machine with way more chaos—tiny silver balls bouncing everywhere, flashing lights, and that addictive clatter of metal on metal. The game nails the arcade vibe, right down to the slightly-too-loud sound effects that make you feel like you're standing in some smoky Tokyo game center.
You start with a few basic machines, but the real fun kicks in when you unlock the weirder ones—some have bonus rounds that feel like mini-games, others have these ridiculous payout multipliers. The physics are surprisingly solid for an N64 title, though sometimes the balls do weird things (like getting stuck in places they definitely shouldn't). It's the kind of game you boot up when you just want to zone out for 20 minutes, but then suddenly it's been two hours and you're muttering "one more try" under your breath.
Not gonna lie, it's niche—but if you're into simulation games or just love weird retro oddities, this one's got charm for days.
