Great Boxing - Rush Up (japan) Game

Great Boxing - Rush Up is one of those NES sports games that actually makes you feel like you're managing a fighter's career, not just mashing buttons. You start by picking your boxer—some have more power, others are quicker—and then jump into training mini-games to boost stats before each fight. The controls are simple, but timing your punches matters way more than you'd think at first.
What I like is how the fights actually feel tense. If you don't train enough, you'll get wrecked in later rounds when your stamina drops. And the opponents? They've got personalities—some taunt you, others just swing wildly. It's got that classic NES jank, but in a way that makes it weirdly charming. Definitely one of the better boxing games on the system if you're into the grind of building up your fighter.
