This one's a niche little Game Boy trivia game from Japan—basically a digital flashcard set for Japanese history buffs. You get hit with multiple-choice questions about samurai, emperors, and old battles, and honestly, some of them are brutal if you're not already deep into the subject. The pixelated portraits of historical figures are weirdly charming though.
First time I booted it up, I thought I'd breeze through it... then immediately got stumped by a question about the Heian period. Turns out memorizing 201 facts isn't as easy as the cheerful chiptune music makes it seem. Perfect if you're prepping for a history test or just love obscure retro edutainment.
Still weirdly addictive once you get into the rhythm of it.
