Goukaku Boy Series - Koukou Nyuushi Derujun - Rika Anki Point 250 (japan) Game

This one's a weird little Game Boy gem—basically a science-focused flashcard game for Japanese high schoolers prepping for entrance exams. You get 250 quick-hit questions covering physics, chemistry, and biology, with that classic early '90s chunky pixel aesthetic.
At first I thought it'd be dry as hell, but there's something oddly satisfying about nailing obscure science terms in multiple-choice format while that tinny Game Boy soundtrack plays. The kanji can be brutal if you're not fluent, though—half my playtime was spent squinting at tiny hiragana furigana. Definitely more of a niche nostalgia trip than an actual study tool these days.
If you collect obscure educational games or just want to see what cramming looked like before smartphones, it's a fascinating time capsule.
