Godzilla 2 on NES is one of those weirdly satisfying games where you're basically the entire military trying to stop a bunch of kaiju from wrecking everything. You've got tanks, jets, and even submarines—which sounds awesome until Godzilla casually stomps half your forces into scrap metal.

At first, I thought it'd be easy—just point and shoot, right? Nope. The monsters actually dodge attacks, and some of them (looking at you, King Ghidorah) are way faster than they should be. The controls are a little stiff, but once you get the hang of it, there's something weirdly fun about scrambling to reposition your forces before a giant tail swipe wipes them out.

It's not perfect, but if you ever wanted to feel like the guy in the movie yelling "FIRE EVERYTHING!" while a radioactive lizard shrugs off missiles, this is your game.
