Godzilla-kun on the Game Boy is this weird little gem where you play as a tiny, chibi version of Godzilla just wrecking stuff. It’s not your usual monster rampage though—more like a puzzle-platformer where you stomp buildings, toss tanks, and occasionally deal with other kaiju showing up to ruin your day.

The controls take a second to get used to (why does jumping feel so floaty?), but once you figure out how to chain moves together, it’s oddly satisfying. Also, the music is way catchier than it has any right to be for a Game Boy game. If you’re into retro oddities, this one’s a fun time-waster.
