Go Go Hitchike Game

Ever tried hitchhiking in real life? Probably not the best idea. But in Go Go Hitchhike for the Game Boy, it’s weirdly addictive. You’re just this little pixel dude sticking your thumb out, hoping some car—or truck, or weirdly fast bicycle—picks you up before time runs out.
The controls are stupid simple: move left or right to dodge potholes (or angry geese, for some reason) while trying to flag down rides. Some drivers ignore you, others swerve like maniacs—it’s got that janky early Game Boy charm where everything feels slightly unpredictable. First time I played, I got run over by a milk truck. 10/10.
It’s one of those games where you keep saying “one more try” because maybe this time you’ll hitch a ride with the UFO. Yeah, that’s a thing. The music’s got that classic bleep-bloop energy, too. If you dig weird little retro time-wasters, this one’s a trip.
