Glover’s one of those weird, charming N64 platformers that never got enough love. You play as a sentient glove—yeah, a literal glove—bouncing, rolling, and tossing these magic balls through these surreal, colorful worlds. At first it feels a little janky (it is an N64 game), but once you get the hang of switching between ball types—rubber, bowling, even crystal—the puzzles start clicking.
The levels are full of little secrets and alternate paths, and some of the platforming gets surprisingly tricky. That beach world with the shifting tides? Spent way too long there as a kid. It’s got that classic late-’90s vibe—bright, a bit chaotic, and just the right amount of frustrating. If you’re into oddball retro platformers, this one’s a trip.
