The game is known for its high difficulty, partly because many levels scroll to the left automatically, forcing you to react quickly to obstacles and enemies. One stage has you driving the Ecto 1, while another puts you in control of the Statue of Liberty, walking through the city and firing at threats. The final confrontation requires you to beat the same challenging sequence four times in a row to see the true ending. Playing it feels like a constant race against the clock, demanding precision and patience.
