About Genghis Khan
Genghis Khan came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987, developed and published by Koei. It was part of a wave of strategy games on the NES that asked players to think more than they reacted, a different kind of challenge for the console.
You control the young Temujin, who would become Genghis Khan, managing your clan across a map of Asia. Your main goal is to unify the Mongol tribes and expand your empire through a mix of diplomacy, economic management, and military campaigns.
