Gem Gem (japan) Game

Gem Gem is one of those weird little Game Boy puzzle games that somehow sticks with you. It's got this simple but slightly hypnotic vibe—you're matching colored gems in a grid, trying to clear them before they pile up too high. At first, it feels like any other tile-matching game, but then the speed picks up, and suddenly you're frantically sliding rows left and right, trying to keep up.
The Japanese version has this oddly charming pixel art, with these chunky, colorful gems that almost look edible. No fancy story or complicated mechanics—just pure, old-school "one more try" energy. I lost way too much time to it back in the day.
If you're into retro puzzlers, this one's a solid hidden gem (no pun intended).
