Funny Field is one of those weird little Game Boy puzzlers that somehow sticks with you. You're flipping tiles on a grid while these goofy enemies shamble around—if they touch you, you're toast. At first it seems simple, but then the layouts get trickier, and suddenly you're sweating over whether to go for the corner tiles first or play it safe near the middle.

It's got that classic SNK charm, too—the sprites are tiny but full of personality, especially the bouncing eyeball enemies that look like they're having way too much fun ruining your day. The music's oddly catchy in that 8-bit way where you'll hum it for days without meaning to.

Definitely one of those "just one more try" games when you're stuck on a level. I lost way too much time to it back in the day.
