Forsaken 64 is one of those N64 games that feels like it was designed to make your thumbs ache in the best way possible. You're basically a futuristic bounty hunter blasting through zero-gravity tunnels, spinning upside down while rockets and lasers fly past your head. The controls take a minute to get used to—you'll probably crash into walls a lot at first—but once it clicks, weaving through those tight corridors feels weirdly satisfying.
It’s got that late-'90s sci-fi vibe, all rusted metal and glowing energy cores, and the weapons are ridiculous in the best way. One minute you're sniping with a railgun, the next you're dropping proximity mines behind you as some maniac in a hoverbike tries to flank you. The multiplayer is where it really shines, though—grab three friends and it turns into pure, chaotic fun. Just don’t blame me when someone throws a controller after getting blown up for the tenth time.
If you’re into old-school shooters with a twist, this one’s still a blast to revisit.
