Ever heard of Formula 1 Sensation? It’s one of those weird little NES racing games that never made it to the US—Japan and Europe got it in '93, and that was it. The graphics are surprisingly decent for an NES racer, with these chunky-but-charming pseudo-3D tracks that actually feel like you’re moving at speed. The handling’s a bit slippery at first (good luck nailing those hairpins), but once you get used to it, weaving through traffic feels oddly satisfying.
No career mode or anything fancy—just pick a car, pick a track, and go. The AI drivers are aggressive as hell, though. They’ll shove you into the grass without a second thought, which… honestly makes it more fun. If you dig old-school racers with a bit of jank, this one’s a neat curiosity. Just don’t expect F-Zero levels of polish.
