Foreman For Real (usa, Europe) Game

Foreman For Real is one of those weird little Game Boy sports games that somehow sticks with you. It's a boxing sim where you play as George Foreman—yes, the George Foreman—throwing punches in pixelated 8-bit glory. The controls are simple (jab, hook, block), but timing matters more than you'd think. Mess up, and you'll eat a counterpunch that drains your stamina fast.
What I like is how it actually feels like a fight, not just button mashing. You gotta watch your opponent’s movements, pick your shots, and manage your energy. The sprites are tiny but surprisingly expressive—Foreman even does his little shuffle between rounds. It’s not deep, but for a Game Boy boxing game? Way better than it had any right to be.
If you’re into retro sports games, this one’s a fun quick play between bigger titles.
