Flintstones, The - The Surprise At Dinosaur Peak! Game
📅 1994 ✍️ Taito

Oh man, Flintstones: The Surprise at Dinosaur Peak is one of those weirdly rare NES games that’s actually pretty solid. You play as Fred (and sometimes Barney) jumping across platforms, bopping enemies with your club, and collecting those classic Flintstones sound effects when you grab stuff. The dinosaur theme gives it this fun prehistoric vibe—like, one minute you're dodging pterodactyls, the next you're riding a brontosaurus like it's no big deal.
It’s got that old-school platforming challenge—expect some cheap hits from off-screen enemies—but the controls are tight, and the music’s got that catchy NES charm. Also, good luck finding an actual cartridge without selling a kidney; this thing’s rare as heck. Emulation’s your best bet if you wanna give it a shot.
Definitely worth a play if you’re into retro platformers with a little extra personality.
