Flash Game

Man, Flash on the Game Boy takes me back. It’s one of those games that looks simple at first—just a little pixel dude running and jumping—but then you realize how tight the controls are, how every jump feels deliberate. No floaty nonsense here.
The levels start off easy, almost like they’re lulling you into a false sense of security, but by the third stage, you’re timing jumps over pits while dodging these weird floating eyeball enemies. And the music? Classic bleeps and bloops that somehow stick in your head for days.
It’s not some forgotten masterpiece or anything, but if you’ve got a soft spot for that no-frills, early-90s platforming vibe, Flash nails it. Just don’t blame me when you get stuck on that one jump in World 4—took me way too many tries.
