Flappy (Japan) is one of those weird little NES puzzle games that somehow sticks with you. You play as this mole-looking dude—Flappy—who’s gotta shove a blue rock onto a platform in each stage. Sounds simple, right? Nah, it gets tricky fast. The first few levels ease you in, but then the layouts get mean, with tight spaces and weird angles that make you rethink every push.

It’s got that classic dB Soft charm—kinda clunky but in a way that makes you want to keep trying. And yeah, it was their first Famicom game, so there’s some jank, but that’s part of the fun. If you like old-school puzzle games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a neat little time capsule.
