Fighting Simulator Game

Fighting Simulator on Game Boy is one of those old-school brawlers that somehow still feels satisfying to play, even with the tiny screen and chunky pixels. You pick from a handful of fighters—I always went for the ninja guy, though the boxer’s straight punches are stupidly effective—and then it’s just you, a health bar, and some very aggressive AI opponents.
The controls are simple (A punches, B kicks, and good luck pulling off anything fancier), but the timing matters. If you just mash buttons, you’ll get wrecked by the third match. The sprites are surprisingly detailed for a Game Boy game, and the little "KO!" explosion when you win never gets old.
It’s not deep, but there’s something weirdly addictive about the way the fights play out—like a stripped-down version of Street Fighter, but with way more elbow jabs. If you’ve got a Game Boy and a soft spot for retro fighters, this one’s worth a few rounds.
