Family Feud on NES is one of those weirdly faithful game show ports from back in the day. You get Louie Anderson’s pixelated grin welcoming you, and suddenly you’re shouting at your TV trying to guess what "something you’d find in a bathroom" scored highest on the survey (spoiler: it’s always the toilet).
The gameplay’s simple—bash in answers before the other family does, but if you whiff three times, they get a shot at stealing your points. First to 300 triggers the Fast Money round, where you either feel like a genius or realize your family has terrible instincts for guessing popular answers. The NES version nails the show’s vibe, right down to the janky digitized audience clapping. Just don’t expect deep strategy—it’s pure chaotic couch multiplayer.
